Office Assistant
The Office Assistant position is distinguished by its reporting relationship, ongoing responsibility for assignments requiring use of administrative skill, independent judgment, and organization and coordination skills needed to assemble and review various documents. Assigned duties may include administrative and technical tasks, providing guidance or supervision to staff, monitoring or preparing schedules and budgets which require a thorough knowledge of Sign-Ups, procedures and programs.
Sales Manager
The Sales Manager is responsible for selling all of the organization’s products and services to major accounts by contacting established customers and developing new prospects. Applies a complete knowledge of all the organization’s products, services, and polices to close sales. Uses specialized training within product and service lines to maximize sales efforts.
Sales Assistant
The Sales Assistant’s responsibility is to greet callers & guests, determine names and organizations represented, and inform appropriate employees of call or arrival. Exercise independent judgment. Demonstrates sufficient knowledge of organization’s business to direct callers and take orders. Assist sales with proposals and client follow up, and research promotional products for customers. Answer telephone and relay calls to appropriate personnel. The first and last person a guest comes into contact with when visiting the office therefore representative of the company in manner, personality, and hospitality.

The Graphics Design and Production Supervisor is responsible for providing high quality customer service through standardized operating procedures, graphic design, printing and production supervision, workforce planning, and team development at a small, fast-paced, high volume sign store. Exercise independent judgment.
Graphics Design Intern
The Graphics Design Intern is responsible for creative designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and esthetic design concepts. Determine size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and select style and size of type. Use Adobe Illustrator and Corel software to generate new images. Mark up, paste, and assemble final layouts to prepare layouts for printer. Draw and print charts, graphs, illustrations, and other artwork, using computer. Review final layouts and suggest
improvements as needed. Confer with team members to discuss and determine layout design. Develop graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and Internet websites.
Production Technician
The Production Technician performs activities related to the production of signage and promotional items. The Production Technician is responsible for providing high quality customer service through standardized operating procedures, workforce planning, and team development.
